At NailSala, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your nail care products, you can return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your NailSala account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
